Position Summary As an Automotive Title Clerk you will perform a wide range of administrative and office support duties associated with vehicle documentation, such as titles, registrations, license plates, and other vehicle or owner information. This position supports management through a variety of tasks related automotive titles. Additional duties include process vehicle titles using the respective states/agencies guidelines in a timely and accurate manner to assure a high level of customer satisfaction. Basic Responsibilities Perform administrative duties in the office such as data entry, word processing, filing, and copying Other clerical and administrative duties as assigned Accurately process incoming titles according to company policies and procedures Audit title issues, odometer reading, and VIN number Check for application accuracy and complete any missing items Access online reports / data and notate accounts Manage inbound phone inquiries and route calls accordingly Draft and send professional correspondence to customers Follow schedule as provided by management and work independently according to management guidelines Meet department timelines and ensure compliance of state, federal, or local laws Maintain a positive and professional demeanor Willingness to obtain Notary Public certification may be requested at a later date. Skills & Qualifications Provide excellent customer service with a positive attitude. Strong organizational and time management skills Auditing, trouble shooting, and problem solving skills Good communication skills Professional phone manner Moderate computer proficiency Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Auto title processing High school diploma Bilingual English / Spanish No previous experience in Auto Title industry needed.
