We’re a fast-growing startup building an affordable AI-powered humanoid home tutor robot that delivers real-time, adaptive math education for children. Backed by early traction, real users, and a product entering launch phase, we’re looking for a Senior AI Agent Engineer ready to take a lead technical role—one that will evolve into the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) position.

• What You’ll DoArchitect and build AI agents using OpenAI models (GPT, Whisper, etc.) and integrate them into real-world applications via cloud infrastructure.
• Develop prompt engineering pipelines, memory, and context management systems for AI tutors.
• Utilize Microsoft Azure (OpenAI Service, Azure Functions, Cosmos DB, etc.) to deploy and scale AI tools.
• Collaborate closely with hardware and animation teams to deliver real-time conversational experiences to edge devices (e.g., Raspberry Pi).
• Own the end-to-end lifecycle from prototype to production-level deployment.
• Drive the tech vision and build the foundation for the company’s long-term AI stack.
• You’re a Great Fit If You Have5–10+ years of experience in AI/ML roles at Big Tech or high-growth startups.
• Proven experience building and deploying LLM-based applications using OpenAI APIs and Azure tools.
• Expertise in prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, agent orchestration, and real-time voice/vision interfaces.
• Strong background in cloud engineering (preferably Azure), APIs, Python, and edge-device communication.
• A leadership mindset—ready to guide a growing tech team and own product direction.
• Bonus: Experience working with robotics, Raspberry Pi, or embedded systems.
