We are looking for a proactive, results-driven Recruiter to join a fast-growing, high-performing team. What You’ll Do: Lead full-cycle recruitment for a handful of active roles across technical, operations, and middle-office teams. Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to identify top talent, especially within financial services and technology sectors. Partner with hiring managers and leadership to understand business needs, design effective hiring processes, and drive recruitment strategies. Conduct resume reviews, pre-screen interviews, and detailed candidate assessments to ensure a strong cultural and technical match. Manage candidate pipelines and deliver timely updates to hiring teams, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. Collaborate with the HR team to support onboarding, workforce planning, and employer branding efforts . Analyze recruiting metrics and trends to optimize hiring strategies and improve time-to-fill . Represent the company at networking events, industry meetups, and other talent acquisition initiatives . Stay current on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitive intelligence to inform recruitment efforts. What We’re Looking For: 5+ years of recruiting experience , with financial services, hedge fund, or investment banking recruiting strongly preferred . Experience with technical recruiting (software development, data engineering) is a plus. Proven success sourcing passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, and creative outreach tactics . Strong relationship management skills with the ability to partner effectively with leadership and hiring managers . A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, autonomous environment and can juggle multiple roles with ease.
