Overview

GloballyHired has been engaged by a real estate investment firm in DallasFort Worth to hire a Transaction Manager for immediate hire. This role is responsible for coordinating acquisitions, dispositions, and lease negotiations. This is a remote role much of the transaction coordination can be done remotely, but candidates must be available for in-person meetings and negotiations in the DallasFort Worth market.

Base pay range

$36.00/hr - $50.00/hr

Responsibilities

• Coordinate due diligence, financial reviews, legal documentation, and closings for real estate transactions.
• Maintain transaction checklists and timelines to keep projects on schedule and compliant.
• Coordinate with lenders and title companies to clear closing conditions.
• Provide leadership with regular pipeline and deal status updates.
• Work with attorneys, brokers, and asset managers to ensure deals move smoothly from start to finish.

What Were Looking For

• 36 years of transaction management, brokerage support, or real estate project coordination.
• Strong organizational skills to track multiple deals simultaneously.
• Knowledge of legal documentation, due diligence, and escrow/closing processes.
• Experience working with attorneys, brokers, and asset managers.
• Ability to prepare reports, financial summaries, and compliance documentation.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Salesforce, or deal management software.

Compensation

This is a full-time position in DallasFort Worth, TX. Compensation ranges from $36$50 per hour, depending on experience. The stated range is provided by GloballyHired; actual pay will be based on skills and experience.
