Seeking a full-time General Surgeon to join a team of 3 surgeons. This established practice includes general, colorectal, laparoscopic, breast, wound care, endoscopy and colonoscopy services but also welcomes growth opportunities for new services. Ideal candidates would have an interest in or training with anti-reflex procedures, such as Lynx or Bravo studies.

• Trauma level 3 hospital with nearest level 1 trauma center 1 hour away
• 2 year partnership track
• Referral base draws from 7 clinics, and a primary service area supporting a population of 70,000
• Will be 1:4 on-call
• 30-40% endoscopy
• ED staffed by employed ER boarded physician 24/7, Hospitalist coverage 24/7, & full anesthesia team

Compensation and benefits

• $550K base plus $200K sign-on with 5 year contract
• Full benefits including: health, dental, vision, life insurance, group health insurance, disability insurance (short and long term), & full malpractice insurance
• 6 weeks of paid time off
• Sign-on bonus & relocation reimbursement
• Paid professional dues, licensing, and professional memberships; annual CME allowance
• Guaranteed annual salary for the first 2 years of employment with opportunity for additional income based on production hours worked
