We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food & Safety QA Manager to lead our quality assurance team in a GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) manufacturing facility. ​ Key Responsibilities

• ​Develop and Manage Quality Systems: You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our facility's quality management system, ensuring compliance with all relevant food safety regulations and standards.
• ​HACCP/SQF Expertise: Lead and maintain our HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) or SQF (Safe Quality Food) programs. Your expertise will be crucial in conducting risk assessments, audits, and verifications to ensure product safety from start to finish.
• ​Customer Service Excellence: Act as a key point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns regarding product quality. You will investigate issues, provide timely and thorough responses, and build strong relationships with clients through exceptional service.
• ​Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor the QA team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
• ​Continuous Improvement: Drive initiatives to enhance food safety protocols, reduce non-conformances, and improve overall operational efficiency.

​ Qualifications and Skills

• ​Proven experience in a regulated manufacturing environment, with a strong background in developing and managing quality systems.
• ​Current certification or extensive experience with HACCP or SQF.
• ​Demonstrated strong customer service experience, with the ability to manage customer relationships and resolve issues professionally.
• ​In-depth knowledge of GMP, FDA, and other relevant food safety regulations.
• ​Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• ​Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or a related field.
