Executive Assistant The Executive Assistant performs a wide range of administrative duties for executive management and designated senior level staff, including screening calls; managing calendars and schedules; making travel, meeting and event arrangements; conducting research; preparing correspondence, reports and presentations; handling information requests; receiving visitors; arranging conference calls; and coordinating activities of assigned administrative personnel. Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities in a timely manner while ensuring and safeguarding the confidential nature of discussions and shared information. Qualifications: Required: * High School Diploma or GED required * 5+ years of administrative support experience at the management or executive level. * High level of proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint * Knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures. * Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. * Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. * California driver's license, clean driving record, and proof of insurance (for travel between sites). Preferred: * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field. * Experience in a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) or healthcare environment. * Experience with reviewing, editing, and maintaining contracts. The pay range for this position is $27.38 - 39.70 per hour.
