Adecco is currently hiring for a EDM Operator in Pepperell, MA! This is a temp to perm position on first shift.

Job Title: EDM Operator

Location: Pepperell, MA

Pay Range: $30 - $40 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate Wire EDM and EDM Hole Drilling machines.

• Produce parts based on blueprints and provided specifications.

• Verify parts meet exact dimensions, alignments, and quality standards.

• Use precision measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges.

• Inspect work against prints and/or CAD models.

• Maintain a safe and organized work environment.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required.

• 1–3 months of related experience and/or training preferred.

• Strong computer skills, including manufacturing software and EDM machine programming.

• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.

Physical Requirements:

• Frequent standing and walking.

• Occasional sitting and lifting of up to 25 lbs.

• Frequent use of hands and fingers for precision work.

• Must be comfortable working near moving mechanical parts.

Pay Details: $20.00 to $40.00 per hour
