We’re seeking a dynamic and results-driven Multi-Unit District Manager to lead a group of stores in the Boston market.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire store teams to deliver exceptional customer service and operational excellence
• Oversee daily operations of 10+ stores across the Boston area, ensuring goals and KPIs are consistently met
• Manage budgets, financials, and controllable expenses across the district
• Analyze performance trends and implement strategies to increase productivity and profitability
• Foster a collaborative team culture focused on development, accountability, and success
• Partner with internal departments to align strategies and improve results
• Conduct audits, ensure compliance, and support new store openings when needed

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in multi-unit retail or service operations. Small or medium box retail .
• Proven track record of managing 10+ stores, preferably in dense urban areas with longevity in a position. No less than 5 years of tenure at each company.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills; experience mentoring employees into management roles
• Comfortable using data and reports to inform decisions and drive results
• Demonstrated stability and success with long-term tenure at previous companies
• Bachelor’s degree highly preferred
• Open to travel as needed throughout Boston
