Job Summary
Bowlin Group is seeking a skilled Coax Splicer to join our dynamic team in Cincinnati, OH. This position focuses on splicing Coax cables, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal network performance.

Responsibilities

• Perform Coax splicing as well as inspection and testing of Coax in the field.
• Read, interpret, and update splicing schematics and diagrams.
• Maintain accurate splicing and field operation records.
• Troubleshoot and perform maintenance to resolve signal issues.
• Operate technical equipment, including field signal level meter, Power level equipment, and TDR.
• Adhere to strict safety standards and procedures.
• Additional duties as necessary to support the team and projects.

Minimum Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Coax Splicer with knowledge of industry standards and technology.
• Strong technical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further technical training preferred.
• This position is subject to drug testing.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to work in various outdoor environments and weather conditions.
• Capable of physical maneuvers including lifting, climbing, and bending.
