A leading Dealer Group in the Metro Atlanta area is looking for an outstanding General Sales Manager and leader who has a proven track record of achieving top-tier results. Youll have the opportunity to lead an outstanding and dynamic sales team, maximize performance and achieve success in an award-winning dealership. Responsibilities - General Sales Manager:

  • Assist the sales team in closing deals, ensuring customer satisfaction, driving profitable high volume growth.
  • Work effectively with finance, billing, and service departments to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
  • Meet and surpass quotas and projections on a regular basis, driving sales performance.
  • Provide the sales department with top-tier customer service, strengthening client relationships.
  • Coach, train, and develop team members to maximize potential and create a strong dealership culture.
  • Foster positive working relationships with employees, finance lenders, manufacturers, and vendors, maintaining ethical leadership.


Qualification/Requirements - General Sales Manager:

  • Strong communicator with proven leadership, collaboration, and delegation skills.
  • Ability to coach, motivate, and hold employees accountable while fostering a positive team environment.
  • Experienced in achieving monthly and annual projections, driving business success.
  • Comprehensive auto industry knowledge and management experience
  • Self-motivated with creative problem-solving skills
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Basic understanding of business management
  • Valid driver's license with good driving record
