Clean Room Assembler

Location: Camarillo

Scheduled: 5:30 AM - 2:30 PM + Mandatory Sat 4am -12:30pm through Aug 30th

Pay: $20.00/hr (DOE)

A global leader in the design and manufacturing of systems and components for drug and vaccine production is seeking a Clean Room Assembler to join their team in Camarillo, CA. This is a hands-on role working in an ISO-regulated clean room environment, supporting the production of essential biopharmaceutical equipment.

Job Duties:

• Assemble components and products per blueprints, diagrams, and work instructions.
• Work in a sterile clean room while wearing PPE (scrubs, coverall suit, mask, eyewear, gloves, shoe covers).
• Measure, cut, position, and align tubing and small parts precisely.
• Use hand tools and assembly equipment such as cable guns, tubing spreaders, cutters, and sealers.
• Clean work surfaces and equipment using alcohol and bleach.
• Maintain compliance with CGMP guidelines and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Complete required documentation for each batch/lot.
• Inspect components and finished assemblies for quality assurance.
• Communicate issues or malfunctions to supervisor.
• Meet daily production goals while ensuring product quality.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production timelines.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of 6 months related experience in a clean room or manufacturing environment.
• Previous assembly experience.
• Ability to read technical documents, mechanical drawings, blueprints, and BOMs.
• Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow verbal/written instructions.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
