Job Duties and Responsibilities
Perform production tasks including assembling mechanical and electrical sub-components, and final machine assembly
Complete in-process and final acceptance testing to validate products meet operational expectations
Operate industrial equipment including forklifts and production support equipment (training available)
Adhere to all health and safety requirements
Work cooperatively in a team environment
Complete assigned production documentation
Participates in Continuous Improvement activities
Assists with training other production team members
Complete all training as required
Adhere to all health and safety requirements
Uncompromising attitude toward safety, customer service and quality
All other duties as assigned
Education and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent required
1 to 3 years of assembly experience preferred
Ability to use hand tools and power tools
Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions
Basic electrical knowledge and familiarity with electrical components preferred
Must be well-organized with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work Saturdays and overtime, when necessary.
Physical Demand and Working Environment
Physical demands: Must be physically able push, pull, bend, stoop, climb, reach, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, and stand on concrete.
Working environment: Manufacturing environment; may be exposed to loud noises, changing temperatures, and machinery with moving parts.
