Leasing Consultant – Annapolis, Maryland
Schedule: Full-time - must be flexible on weekends
Pay: $17-$20 based on experience
Career Strategies is currently hiring an experienced Leasing Consultant for an apartment community in Annapolis, MD . We are looking for someone with strong customer service skills, a professional attitude, and experience in residential leasing.
Responsibilities include:
Touring prospective residents and providing excellent customer service
Answering phones and responding to emails professionally
Assisting with leasing paperwork and applications
Inputting data and maintaining accurate records
Handling resident inquiries and service requests
Supporting the property management team with daily operations
Requirements:
Previous leasing or property management experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professional presentation and positive attitude
Familiarity with leasing software such as Yardi, OneSite, or similar (a plus!)
